Our menu changes with the seasons and Kerry’s curiosity, so you’ll always find something new to love. Some bakes are vegan. Some are gluten-free. All are garden-inspired and seriously crave-worthy.

Kerry’s story begins generations ago, in her great-grandparents’ bakery in South Dakota. It’s where flour dust hung in the air and everything was made by hand, with care. That same spirit lives on in GardenBakes — a bakery rooted in tradition, sparked by curiosity, and fueled by a whole lot of coffee.
A mom of three (her “three peas in a pod”), Kerry bakes with the bold energy only an Aries can bring — fearless with flavor, never afraid to break the rules, and always chasing the next great idea. Her treats are never overly sweet, never full of junk, and always made with real, seasonal ingredients. No food coloring. No shortcuts. No guilt.

You’ll find us tucked behind the 7-Eleven, just off the beaten path — close to the outlet mall, not far from the beach, and always worth the detour. Skip Route 60 (trust us) and let the smell of something sweet guide you.
Almost! Most of our bakes are vegan, and we offer a big selection of gluten-free treats too. Many are both vegan and gluten-free — a double win. A few recipes are still being perfected (we won’t put them out until they taste just as magical as the rest). Our goal is 100% vegan + gluten-free options across the board soon (stay tuned — we’re close!).
We sure do! Whole cakes for birthdays, large-batch pastries and breakfast bars, even party-sized hummus or salads — all made from scratch, just for you. Just give us a little notice so we can whip it up with the same love that goes into everything in our case (translation: no cookie-cutter cakes here).
Some favorites are here every single day (because we’d get in trouble if we ever took them away). But you’ll also spot a playful rotation of breakfast pastries and our soup of the day. And with the seasons, the flavors change too: Pumpkin and Apple Spice in fall, Cranberry and Citrus in winter, berry delights in spring, and a summer spread that celebrates a little bit of everything from the garden (sunshine included).
